Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect based in Nagpur. The Architect will be responsible for designing and detailing architectural projects, managing integration with various project elements, and overseeing planning phases. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, preparing project documentation, and coordinating with contractors and consultants to ensure projects meet design standards and deadlines. The role also involves involvement in project management and ensuring that all construction adheres to applicable codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficient skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management and ability to lead and coordinate across teams
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration tools relevant to architectural workflows
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent)
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus
• Previous experience with a variety of project types such as residential, commercial, and institutional is highly desirable
