Role Description
This full-time, on-site Architect role is based in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The Architect will be responsible for creating and managing architectural designs, overseeing design integration, and working on project management activities. Daily tasks include developing and reviewing architectural plans, ensuring the successful integration of design elements, and collaborating with various teams to deliver projects that meet client requirements and expectations within specified timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design and a strong understanding of fundamental architecture principles
- Experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee and align project milestones with timelines
- Familiarity with Integration and Software Development tools to ensure seamless design implementation
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate design ideas effectively
- Proficiency in architecture-related software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience in designing sustainable and innovative architecture is a plus
