Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Trivandrum. The Architect will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing architectural plans, and creating detailed technical drawings. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their requirements, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that projects align with specified timelines and regulations. The Architect will also oversee the implementation of designs during construction and work collaboratively with contractors and consultants to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in architectural design, space planning, and conceptual development
- Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with technical detailing, construction documentation, and building codes
- Ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members effectively
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Knowledge of interior design and landscape architecture is a plus
- Passion for innovative and sustainable design solutions
