Requirement :
We are looking for an architect with minimum experience of 2 years for a group company of Manjeet Bhullar (Arteform Designs Pvt. Ltd.). We are a leading design and build firm with over 40 years of experience in Design & Build luxury projects pan India (Architecture, Interiors, manufacturing).
Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Manage and review drawing work (Civil & Interior) in collaboration with the design team.
- Coordinate closely with internal site teams to ensure timely execution of all project stages.
- Conduct regular site evaluations to monitor progress and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure implementation of drawing details and documentation processes aligned with industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a designer/reputed architectural firm.
Required Skill set:
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop etc.
- Experience in handling high end luxury turn key projects like farmhouses, villas, apartments, retail, office
- spaces, hospitality projects etc.
- Experience in site handling and coordination, handling PMCs will be an added advantage.
- Real-time problem-solving skills, Hands on experience in project handling.
