Job Title: Architect
Location: Gurgaon/ New Delhi
Type: Full-Time/ Hybrid
About the Role
We are a growing, design-led architectural practice in Gurgaon looking for a proactive Architect to join our studio. This is a unique opportunity for an architect with 2-4 years of experience to work directly with the Principal Architect across luxury residential, educational, and commercial fit-out projects. You won't just be drafting; you will be involved in the entire lifecycle of building, from concept to site execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Design & Documentation: Develop high-quality CAD drawings/ Revit models for all project stages (Concept, Tender, GFC, As-built).
· Bye-laws & Compliance: Prepare drawings in accordance with statutory guidelines.
· Coordination: Liaise with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure seamless integration of services.
· Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design compliance, and resolve on-site technical issues.
· Client Interaction: Assist the Principal in preparing presentations and material mood boards for client meetings.
Candidate Requirements
· Education: B.Arch from a recognized institute (COA registration preferred).
· Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit is mandatory.
· Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in an architectural firm (Experience in the NCR region is a plus).
· Mindset: A "problem-solver" attitude with a keen eye for construction detailing and material finishes. Entrepreneurial mindset focussed on the joy of building.
