Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Dehradun. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating design solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients and internal teams, producing design documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and sustainability goals. The role involves working closely with consultants and contractors to support project execution, monitor progress, and address design-related issues during construction. The Architect will also contribute to project planning, design presentations, and continuous improvement of design processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, sustainable, and aesthetically coherent spaces.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of design tools, BIM platforms, or workflow automation is an advantage.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring project milestones and deliverables.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or eligibility to register as an architect is preferred.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices relevant to Dehradun and surrounding regions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and on-site teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
