Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and contributing to design presentations for a variety of projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal design teams and external consultants, ensuring design integrity through all project stages, and supporting project management activities such as timelines, documentation, and client communication. The role also involves reviewing technical details for integration of structural, MEP, and other building systems, as well as staying current with local regulations, codes, and sustainability best practices. The Architect is expected to contribute to design reviews, participate in site visits, and support the delivery of projects from concept through execution.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in core Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed plans and drawings.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordination of timelines, resources, and stakeholders across multiple project phases.
- Ability to manage Integration of various building systems and disciplines, collaborating effectively with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Familiarity with relevant Software Development or scripting concepts as applied to architecture (e.g., parametric design tools, automation of design workflows) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools . AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and best practices in sustainable and energy-efficient design.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Strong visual, spatial, and communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced studio environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
