We are currently seeking a skilled Architect to spearhead the drawings and master planning for upcoming major Township and Mall projects. Beyond exceptional technical drawing skills, this role demands strong analytical capabilities and superb negotiation skills to align with stakeholders and vendors.

Salary: CTC 50K to 80K pm ON MERITS.
Location: New Delhi/NCR
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in New Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, ensuring alignment with Ansal API’s quality and sustainability standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants, and integrating design requirements into cohesive project plans. The role involves reviewing and refining design proposals, supporting project approvals, and collaborating with project management teams to monitor timelines, budgets, and compliance with building codes and regulations. The Architect will also participate in site visits, design reviews, and client presentations to ensure that project execution matches design intent.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordination with cross-functional teams, timelines, and construction phases.
- Familiarity with Integration of architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other technical disciplines to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Working knowledge of Software Development principles or digital tools where relevant to BIM, design automation, or integrated design workflows.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM platforms, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, sustainability standards, and urban planning guidelines in India.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Prior experience in large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects is highly beneficial.
