Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Mohali, India. As an Architect at ALC Group, you will be responsible for architectural design, planning, and overseeing various stages of real estate projects. You will collaborate with team members to integrate design and functionality, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful completion of construction projects. The role involves coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with their vision and expectations while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of construction and aesthetic principles
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration processes to enhance design solutions
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices is a plus
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
