Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and coordinating with engineering and project management teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance. Day-to-day work includes reviewing project requirements, producing design documentation, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and supporting integration of architectural designs with related systems. The role also involves participating in client meetings, addressing technical queries, and contributing to continuous improvement of design standards and processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and detailed design.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Project Management, such as planning, coordination, and tracking project deliverables.
- Candidates should possess skills in Integration, ensuring architectural solutions align with engineering systems and project requirements.
- Candidates should possess a working understanding of Software Development as it relates to design tools, CAD/BIM platforms, or design automation.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline, proficiency in CAD/BIM software, knowledge of building codes and standards, and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Additional beneficial skills include strong communication and documentation abilities, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and prior experience in consultancy or engineering design environments.
