Architect – Job Description
Position: Architect
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: ₹60,000 per month
Location: Chennai
Reporting To: Project Head / Management
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare concept designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Develop 2D & 3D designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, etc.
- Handle client meetings, design presentations, and design approvals.
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and interior consultants.
- Prepare and submit CMDA, DTCP, Corporation, and other approval drawings.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Assist in material selection, specifications, and BOQ preparation.
- Resolve site-related design issues and provide timely technical support.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings and project milestones.
Requirements
- B.Arch with minimum 6 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, villa, and interior projects.
- Excellent client handling and site coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, and MS Office.
Salary: ₹60,000 per month + Performance Incentives (based on experience and performance).
