Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, based in Bhubaneswar. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing architectural projects from concept to completion. Key tasks include developing architectural designs, ensuring the integration of structural and aesthetic aspects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. The role also involves overseeing project timelines, ensuring compliance with building codes, and managing resources efficiently.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architectural Design and general principles of Architecture
- Experience in Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in Project Management, including the ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and sustainable design practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Previous experience in real estate or urban planning projects is a plus
