Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Hyderabad. The Architect will be responsible for designing and managing architectural projects from concept to completion, integrating creative and functional design solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring project specifications are met, and monitoring project progress to maintain timelines and quality. Additionally, the Architect will play a vital role in overseeing project execution, ensuring seamless integration of design and development aspects into the final deliverable.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of building systems and construction practices
- Experience in Project Management, including coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural design tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Knowledge of industry standards and sustainable design practices is a plus
