Job Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings for various project types.
- Prepare working drawings, presentation drawings, and coordination drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Assist in design development, material selection, and detailing.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure drawings and documentation are aligned with project requirements and execution standards.
- Participate in client meetings and design discussions.
- Work on both architectural and interior projects.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing and planning.
- Ability to handle projects independently and within a team.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of working drawings and site execution processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–4 years of professional experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong design and software skills may also apply.
