Position 1: Architect (1-2 Years Experience)
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the design and development of residential and institutional projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits, document progress, and address on-site challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends and materials to propose innovative design solutions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and materials.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for design, innovation, and problem-solving.
Position 2: Architectural Intern (0-6 Months Experience)
Responsibilities:
• Support the design team in drafting, modeling, and preparing presentations.
• Assist with research on materials, codes, and sustainability practices.
• Participate in site visits and document project progress.
• Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture.
• Basic proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
• Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
