Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect and Interior Designer based in Pitampura, New Delhi. The role involves designing and planning office interiors, preparing architectural and interior drawings, and developing space layouts that align with client requirements and IT infrastructure needs. The Architect and Interior Designer will coordinate with project managers, vendors, and technical teams, oversee material selection and finishes, and ensure design compliance with safety and building regulations. Daily tasks include meeting clients, refining design concepts, preparing presentations and documentation, and supervising implementation to maintain quality and timelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in planning office spaces and interior layouts.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and cross-functional coordination.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with modern workplace design trends.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, along with relevant industry experience.
- Strong communication, client-facing, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site and handle multiple projects.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and materials, and prior experience with office or commercial projects is an advantage.
