๐๐จ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ฒ:
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Architect who will take on a dual role of Project Manager for upcoming outlets and Property Manager for existing outlets. The candidate will be responsible for developing outlet designs based on existing brand formats, managing construction and fit-out projects, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep of current outlets.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of design, construction execution, vendor management, and cost negotiation, along with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
1. Project Management โ New Outlets
Develop architectural layouts and design concepts aligned with existing outlet formats and brand guidelines.
Prepare drawings, specifications, and project documentation for new outlet development.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
Oversee site work including civil, electrical, plumbing, interiors, and finishing works.
Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Monitor construction progress and resolve on-site issues effectively.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design and technical specifications.
2. Property Management โ Existing Outlets
Manage repair, maintenance, and upkeep of all operational outlets.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance work including civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior repairs.
Ensure quick resolution of maintenance issues to minimize operational disruptions.
Maintain records of repairs, vendor contracts, and maintenance schedules.
3. Vendor & Contractor Management
Identify, onboard, and manage contractors and vendors.
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and service quality to optimize project costs.
Ensure vendor performance meets company standards and expectations.
4. Cost Control & Resource Management
Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
Monitor expenses and control project costs without compromising quality.
Source materials and solutions in a resourceful and cost-effective manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelorโs degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
3โ7 years of experience in architecture, retail fit-outs, interior execution, or project management.
Strong knowledge of design development, construction processes, and materials.
Experience managing multiple vendors and contractors.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
Resourceful, solution-oriented, and highly organized.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in retail outlets, F&B, or commercial fit-outs.
Exposure to end-to-end project execution from design to handover.
