Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Liaison Architect with 2–3 years of experience to handle approvals, coordination, and regulatory compliance. The candidate should have hands-on experience with municipal processes, specifically MBMC norms and UDCPR regulations, and should be capable of preparing feasibility reports for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with government authorities and consultants for project approvals and permissions
• Ensure compliance with MBMC (Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation) norms and UDCPR (Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations)
• Prepare and review architectural drawings as per regulatory requirements
• Handle liaisoning work including submission, follow-ups, and approval tracking
• Work closely with developers, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution
• Prepare feasibility reports including FSI calculations, zoning analysis, and project viability
• Assist in documentation related to approvals, NOCs, and permits
• Stay updated with changes in local development regulations and policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in liaisoning/approvals
• Strong understanding of MBMC norms and UDCPR guidelines
• Experience working with real estate developers
• Ability to prepare feasibility reports and FSI calculations
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic design software
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently
