Role Description The Architect – Design role is a full-time, on-site position based in Block C Enclave 1. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and creating presentation materials. Daily tasks include collaborating with team members to refine design proposals, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring that design solutions align with project requirements and client expectations. The Architect – Design will participate in site visits, assist in resolving design and technical issues, and support project documentation and specification development. This role involves active engagement in design reviews, adherence to timelines, and contribution to a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong architectural design and interior design skills, including concept development and spatial planning.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Ability to produce clear technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation graphics.
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and relevant codes and regulations.
- Effective collaboration, communication, and client-facing skills to work within interdisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline; professional internships or prior studio experience are preferred.
- Interest in innovative, value-driven design processes and willingness to learn and adapt to new approaches.
