ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a high-calibre Architect – Customisation to join Crystal Logistics Cool Chain - one of India's fastest-growing cold chain infrastructure companies. This role sits within the Porta Cabin function and offers a rare opportunity to build, own, and scale something meaningful.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
■ Design porta cabins & modular structures from client briefs
■ Create customisation drawings, layouts & elevations
■ Conduct or coordinate site surveys
■ Manage drawing revisions through client approval
■ Handle 3+ projects in parallel at all times
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS):
- Design delivered within 5 working days of brief
- Zero drawing rejections due to specification errors
- Client approval within 2 revision cycles
- Site survey report submitted within 24 hours
- 3+ active projects managed simultaneously
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
■ B.Arch or Diploma Architecture
■ 2–5 years modular / prefab / cabin design
■ AutoCAD + SketchUp or Revit proficiency
■ Site survey experience required
