Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple related projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, setting priorities, mitigating risks, and ensuring stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple, complex programs from initiation through delivery. Collaborate with project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Establish program governance, track key performance indicators, and report on progress to senior leadership.
  
  

Identify program risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.

• Ensure that program goals align with business objectives and priorities.
• Manage resource allocation, budgets, and timelines across projects.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication across teams and departments.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management practices and processes.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in [industry]. Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet). PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification is a plus.

• Experience working in a matrixed or global organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
