Job Responsibilities
● Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with grade-level curriculum and standards across core subjects.
● Foster a positive, welcoming, and faith-centered classroom environment.
● Integrate Catholic teachings, prayer, and values throughout the school day.
● Assess student progress through observations, assignments, and assessments, providing timely feedback.
● Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning styles and readiness levels.
● Establish clear classroom routines and maintain effective behavior management.
● Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and classroom activities.
● Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success and school initiatives.
● Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school-related events.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
● Practicing Catholic or willingness to support the mission of Catholic education.
● Experience working with early elementary students preferred.
● Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills.
● Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate, student-centered lessons.
● Commitment to supporting the academic and spiritual growth of students.
