Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Arch Bim Modeler at The BIM Builders. In this role, you will create and manage high-quality architectural BIM models, ensure coordination between various project stakeholders, perform clash detection, and provide design validation. Daily tasks will include leveraging advanced tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and Dynamo to streamline workflows and ensure accuracy, generating detailed drawings and documentation, and troubleshooting model inconsistencies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BIM Modeling tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Dynamo
- Experience with clash detection, design validation, and constructability analysis
- Expertise in CAD drafting, detailed documentation, and Scan-to-BIM workflows
- Knowledge of 4D BIM for construction sequencing and resource planning
- Familiarity with creating parametric workflows and automation using scripting tools (e.g., Revit API, Dynamo)
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with facility management BIM or quantity takeoff workflows is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a remote team environment
