We are currently seeking skilled Non-Voice Customer Support Representatives to join our team and contribute to our commitment to outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities: Email and Chat Support Provide top-notch customer support through email and chat channels. Effectively communicate with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Creative Problem-Solving Interpret customer emails and respond in a creative and personalized manner. Showcase problem-solving skills to address unique customer needs. Billing Inquiries Review, analyze, and respond to customers' billing inquiries accurately and promptly. Ensure resolutions align with company policies and customer satisfaction. Flexible Shifts Ability to work in flexible shifts will be an added advantage. Maintain availability to support customers during peak hours. Preferred skills: Written Communication Demonstrate excellent written communication skills. Craft responses to customer inquiries with clarity, empathy, and a personalized touch. Computer Skills Possess solid computer skills, including proficient typing and navigation abilities. Utilize technology effectively to enhance customer interactions. Platform Proficiency Prior experience with Zendesk and Salesforce is preferred. Navigate and utilize these platforms efficiently to streamline customer support processes. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited college. Proven experience in customer support work via email and chat. Familiarity with Zendesk and Salesforce platforms is highly preferred. Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Adept at interpreting customer inquiries and providing personalized responses. Great computer skills, including efficient typing and navigation.
