Lead Analyst - Ivalua Product Owner

Position Summary: IT – Lead Analyst - Product Owner – iValua Required Skill: Fundamental knowledge of procurement and finance. Can pick up the tool experience. Ivalua or similar platform. Lead teams of procurement development resources. Should have advisory consulting flavor Qualification and Experience: Defining Product Vision & Priorities: Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the organization's broader goals, such as improving procurement efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing supplier relationships through Ivalua. Prioritize features in the backlog based on business value, cost-effectiveness, and risk management needs, ensuring that short-term goals (e.g., streamlining sourcing processes) align with the long-term vision (e.g., full digital transformation of procurement). Backlog Management & Refinement: Own the product backlog, ensuring all user stories and features are clearly defined, detailed, and aligned with business objectives. Continuously refine the backlog in collaboration with business and IT teams, adapting to new requirements, technological advancements, and evolving procurement needs. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Act as the main liaison between stakeholders (procurement, finance, IT, external vendors), capturing their needs, feedback, and expectations for Ivalua's capabilities. Communicate product status, updates, and any scope changes regularly to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned on product priorities, timelines, and goals. User-Centric Approach & Experience: Champion a user-centered design approach, ensuring that new features or changes in Ivalua improve user experience and adoption, particularly within sourcing, SRM, and contract management modules. Gather continuous feedback from end-users (e.g., procurement managers, contract specialists) to ensure the platform meets their operational needs, improving efficiency and user satisfaction. Agile Product Delivery: Work within an Agile framework, particularly Scrum, to ensure that product development is iterative, fast-paced, and responsive to business needs. Collaborate closely with Scrum teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, making sure that business priorities are effectively translated into actionable user stories and that teams deliver high-value increments. Measuring Success & Continuous Improvement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Ivalua features, such as cost reduction, time saved in procurement processes, supplier performance, and contract compliance. Use data and feedback from users to drive continuous product improvements, optimizing Ivalua's capabilities and ensuring that it remains aligned with evolving business and procurement strategies.
