Associate Accountant II - VMD

Position Summary: Associate Accountant II - VMD Job Responsibility: Vendor service / internal customer service in English in the AP (P2P) process Manage Vendor Master Data Vendor master data creation, edit, validation etc. Processing reminders from suppliers related to master data Maintain contact with clients via e-mail and promptly respond to vendor queries/ internal customer queries Cooperation with other departments- procure to pay posting or payment departments or coordinate with business teams/ procurement teams Building and maintaining positive relations with the internal and external customers for the process Required Skill: Good knowledge of master data management process Knowledge about end to end procure to pay process specially invoice processing and payments activities Good knowledge about reporting/ controls related activities in master data management function Sound knowledge of reconciliations – both balance sheet and P&L Working knowledge of ERP -SAP Experience or working knowledge in myintegra/ digi pace platforms will be added advantage Qualification and Experience: Experience - 1 - 2 Years Qualification - BBA, BCom, MCom, MBA-Fin Graduate / PG in Commerce Our Values: Safety: We prioritize a proactive safety-first culture where every employee is empowered to identify and address risks, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
