Job Title: Software Engineer
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT environment, with progressive experience in software development
- Strong knowledge of various stages of software development, including design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Experience with agile development practices and DevOps principles
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies
- Familiarity with security and data protection best practices

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand knowledge of all stages of software development across multiple platforms and applications.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new features that meet business needs and enhance user experience.
- Ensure quality and responsiveness of applications by adhering to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Share knowledge with team members through paired programming, demos, and whiteboarding sessions to promote team growth and improve software solutions.
- Implement security and data protection measures in all aspects of software development.
- Maintain code integrity and organization to ensure long-term stability and scalability.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to evolve software solutions over time.
- Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as required to support software development efforts.
