Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Arcade Technician based in Bengaluru. The Arcade Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing arcade machines, conducting routine inspections, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role includes overseeing machine operations, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities to ensure a seamless gaming experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in diagnosing and repairing arcade machines, mechanical systems, and electronics
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment used for arcade machine maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage regular machine inspections
- Experience in the entertainment/hospitality industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with the team
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
