About the role
We are partnering with a U.S.-based tech client embarking on a new product build and team expansion. We are seeking experienced senior and mid-level developers to join our core group of five developers. This team will consist of a mix of frontend and backend developers to support agile growth.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with in-house teams to design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities using React, Node.js, and Python.
Work closely with cross-functional teams using tools such as Slack, Jira, and GitHub to ensure seamless integration and communication.
Contribute to the scaling process by providing technical expertise and support to the development team.
Required Skills
Proficiency in React, Node.js, and Python.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration.
Experience working in or collaborating with U.S.-based teams, with a preference for candidates in the LATAM region due to time zone alignment.
Demonstrated ability to integrate smoothly with in-house teams using collaboration tools like Slack, Jira, and GitHub.
Nice to Have
Experience with SOC 2 and ISO IEC 27001 standards.
Ability to quickly adapt and start contributing to the team within 2–4 weeks.
