</ul><div><strong>Job Summary</strong></div><div>We are seeking experienced Electrical Superintendent , responsible for overseeing all field operations, ensuring electrical projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable codes and standards. to join our team! You will be responsible for installing and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, and control equipment, as well as training apprentices on the job. </div><div>Key Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><div>Field Operations<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Oversee multiple projects and job sites simultaneously </li>
<li> Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and contract documents </li>
<li> Coordinate daily with foremen and crews </li>
</ul><div>Workforce Management<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Assign and manage field personnel </li>
<li> Adjust manpower based on project demands </li>
<li> Maintain discipline and accountability on all job sites </li>
</ul><div>Scheduling & Production<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Develop and manage 2–3 week look-ahead schedules </li>
<li> Ensure projects meet milestones and deadlines </li>
<li> Coordinate with other trades </li>
</ul><div>Quality Control<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Inspect work prior to inspections </li>
<li> Minimize punch list items and rework </li>
<li> Enforce company installation standards </li>
</ul><div>Safety<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Enforce OSHA and company safety policies </li>
<li> Conduct safety meetings and jobsite audits </li>
<li> Investigate and report incidents </li>
</ul><div>Materials & Equipment<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Coordinate material needs with PM </li>
<li> Ensure proper tools and equipment are available </li>
<li> Prevent delays and waste </li>
</ul><div>Communication<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Act as primary field contact for GCs and inspectors </li>
<li> Attend job meetings </li>
<li> Report progress and issues to management </li>
</ul><div>Budget Awareness<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Monitor labor productivity </li>
<li> Identify cost overruns early </li>
<li> Support change order documentation </li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> 7+ years electrical field experience </li>
<li> 3+ years in a leadership role </li>
<li> Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes </li>
<li> Ability to manage multiple projects </li>
<li> Strong communication and leadership skills </li>
