Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Arbitration Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Arbitration Specialist will handle dispute resolution through arbitration processes, manage case investigations, and ensure efficient communication among involved parties. Daily responsibilities include analyzing case-related documentation, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders, and preparing necessary reports or summaries for arbitration proceedings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry techniques
- Experience handling and operating Hand Tools and Power Tools safely and effectively
- Knowledge of Framing and its application in construction or related contexts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills relevant to arbitration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Prior experience or exposure to BPO or customer service industries is advantageous
