Head of Mobile Division

We are seeking a Head of Mobile Division to spearhead the development of our Android and iOS applications. You will be responsible for building the mobile team from scratch, defining the mobile strategy, and delivering robust, scalable, and user-centric applications. Key Responsibilities Build, lead, and mentor a world-class mobile development team (Android and iOS). Define and execute the mobile technology roadmap in alignment with company goals. Establish mobile architecture, development standards, and best practices. Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver high-quality features on time. Champion agile and lean methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Oversee code quality, performance, and security across mobile platforms. Own the full lifecycle of mobile apps: concept, design, development, deployment, and maintenance. Evaluate new technologies and tools to keep the mobile stack modern and efficient. Build a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture. Qualifications Proven experience (15+ years) in mobile development with deep knowledge of both Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) platforms. 5+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. Demonstrated success in building and scaling mobile teams and apps from scratch. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and performance optimization. Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and mobile analytics tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
