Product Analyst, Payments

Overview

Join our Product Payments & Strategy team as a Product Analyst! You'll drive data-informed decisions for our payment products and strategic initiatives through insightful analysis. Partner with cross-functional teams to shape our Payments and Fraud roadmap and identify growth opportunities and strategies beyond Payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum meetings, write clear specs and PRDs, and define metrics for product features.
• Support payment and fraud roadmap decisions with data analysis and insights.
• Collaborate with Risk and Fraud teams to analyze transactions and identify threats.
• Research iGaming market and competition to generate strategic insights.
• Develop dashboards and metrics for strategic initiatives.
• Work with Data and Engineering to document workflows and promote data quality.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years in product/data analysis (fintech, risk/fraud, or consulting preferred).
• Proficient in SQL for complex data analysis.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings.
• Experience building dashboards (e.g., Tableau).
• Analytical and detail-oriented with a passion for data.
