Job Description: ARAS PLM Support Executive
Experience: 2 - 5 Years
Location: Pan India
Provide first and second-level support for ARAS PLM users, including resolving incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, email, or direct communication
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the ARAS PLM platform, including application errors, integration problems, and data inconsistencies.
Perform system administration tasks such as user management, permissions, and configuration changes within the ARAS PLM environment.
Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and maintain support documentation for future reference.
