About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our the FP&A team for Fall 2025 (July - December 2025). This role is perfect for someone who has a strong desire to learn and grow within the field of financial planning and analysis. As a Co-op student, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of our business and develop a comprehensive understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. The FP&A team consists of 4 members ranging from Sr. Director to Jr. Analyst. Two of us are at our Andover office and the other two are remote. The Sr. Dir. is a Northeastern alumnus and is the one who initiated this program at Aras. We work very closely with the controller and his team daily. We are a small, but mighty, team-oriented bunch looking to drive a positive impact on the overall company. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days in the Andover office (Wednesdays and Thursdays). A car is required for commute. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify trends. Collaborate with different departments, such as our revenue and sales operations teams, to gather and analyze data. Support the development and improvement of financial models and tools. Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives. Provide support in the preparation of presentations for senior management. Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other quantitative fields. A hunger for learning and a proactive attitude. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and basic knowledge of other software tools, such as PowerBI, D365, Fabric, etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
