As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at ArangoDB, you will play a key role in driving global adoption of our multi-model database, with a focus on our cutting-edge GenAI and Data Science offerings. You will craft compelling messaging, shape go-to-market strategies, and lead initiatives that elevate awareness of ArangoDB's capabilities in Graph ML, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-driven analytics. Operating in a fast-paced startup environment, you will be empowered to think creatively, define positioning, and execute high-impact campaigns that expand our reach across enterprises and developers worldwide. About the Role Work independently with minimal oversight, taking ownership of product marketing initiatives from strategy to execution. Take initiative to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to align messaging, GTM strategies, and enablement efforts. Responsible for the product positioning and messaging of ArangoDB in the Graph database space, distilling key functionalities into product marketing messages Create compelling content (blog posts, white papers, case studies, collateral, email campaigns, newsletters) for various use cases Ensure that GraphRAG, Graph ML, and AI-driven analytics are clearly positioned in the market. Responsible for all product launch activities (PR, Analyst Relations, content, etc.) Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and plans Work closely with the ArangoDB Sales team to support GTM efforts and collaborate on Sales Enablement Align product marketing efforts with demand-generation strategies. Leverage your expertise to refine target market segmentation and ICP Lead all competitive product analysis efforts Develop industry and use case-focused content and campaigns Work with the ArangoDB Community and come up with novel strategies to engage the community to drive upgrades Establish structures to measure success, track relevant metrics and KPIs Other duties as assigned Your Skills 5-7 years of hands-on experience and execution in B2B Product Marketing Deep domain knowledge of enterprise data management and analytics In-depth understanding of competing database models, including RDBMS, Document, Vector, Graph, and Multi-Model Understanding and experience with GenAI and Data Science (ML, etc.) Outbound and ABM Marketing experience a plus Experience with various Marketing and Sales Automation tools, including outbound automation solutions and sales productivity solutions Experience supporting and preparing for tradeshows and events The ability to work independently and take initiative
