Assist with the scheduling of interviews, meetings, and HR events, and maintain agendas
· Perform all new hire orientations across the USA network, including in-person and virtual orientations
- Support the HR Business Partner in educating employees on and enforcing company policies
· Maintain employee personnel files both digital and employee records
· Assist the HR Business Partner with driving all corporate initiatives including performance management, corporate events, and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with all new-hire procedures, including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, administering employee handbooks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate persons
· Perform daily HR Administrative tasks such as reference checks, background checks, and the distribution of HR policies and procedures to all the USA business units
- Under the leadership of the HR Business Partner, be a vital source of human resources information, answering any questions employees may have
· Coordinate training sessions and seminars
· Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
· Support other functions as assigned
- Assisting with the performance review and termination processes
- Assist with COVID-19 Facilitation processes and procedures
