About the role
The Corporate Business Ethics Representative will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote and maintain a strong ethical culture within the organization.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on ethical business practices and conduct.
- Investigate and address reports of ethical misconduct or violations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain and update the organization's code of conduct and related policies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on business ethics and compliance issues.
- Regularly report on the state of the organization's ethical culture and compliance efforts.
