Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Arabic Tutor. The Arabic Tutor will design and deliver personalized lessons to students across various proficiency levels, focusing on enhancing their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs. The tutor will foster a supportive learning environment and may occasionally assist with creating supplemental learning resources.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Skills in lesson planning, curriculum design, and customizing learning materials to individual needs.
- Experience in instructing Arabic grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and cultural nuances.
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to engage students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Familiarity with remote learning tools, technologies, and engaging online teaching strategies.
- Previous experience in language instruction or a related field is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
