We’re Hiring: Patient Counsellor | Qi Spine Clinic
Qi Spine Clinic is India’s leading chain of medical centers specializing in non-surgical treatment for back and neck pain. With 22 clinics across 5 cities, we are committed to delivering effective care and a smooth patient experience.
We are looking for a compassionate, confident, and patient-focused Patient Counsellor to guide individuals through their treatment journey and help them feel supported at every step.
Location : Phoenix Marketcity (Kurla) (On-Site)
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome, assist, and comfort patients during clinic visits
- Clearly explain treatment plans, pricing, and recovery process in simple terms
- Understand patient concerns and coordinate effectively with doctors
- Support patients throughout their treatment journey to ensure adherence
- Handle queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Manage appointments and assist in daily clinic operations
- Maintain accurate patient records and counselling reports
- Contribute to treatment conversions and overall clinic growth
Requirements
- Graduate or HSC qualified
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service, counselling, or healthcare preferred
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Sales-oriented mindset with a strong patient-first approach
- Fluency in Arabic and Urdu is mandatory
- Willingness to work 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week
Training
- Mandatory 15-day training program (full attendance required)
