Role Description
This is a full-time AR Voice role based on-site at our Delhi, India location. The individual will manage account receivables in healthcare revenue cycle management, including reviewing and handling claims, coordinating debt collection efforts, and ensuring invoices are accurate and compliant with billing protocols. Effective communication with clients and stakeholders will be key to resolving complex financial or claim-related issues. The role demands a high level of accuracy and commitment to contribute to the exceptional service that defines TruBridge’s success.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to review, assess, and resolve claim-related discrepancies effectively
- Finance and Invoicing knowledge to process accounts and ensure billing accuracy
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and collaboration with stakeholders
- Experience in Debt Collection practices with a proven ability to deliver results
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with healthcare RCM processes is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools is a plus
