Role Description The AR Financial Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and analyzing accounts receivable activities to support healthy cash flow and accurate financial reporting. This role includes overseeing billing and invoicing processes, reviewing account balances, and identifying discrepancies or overdue payments. The AR Financial Analyst will prepare and analyze AR reports, monitor trends, and provide insights to improve collection strategies and reduce outstanding receivables. Daily tasks involve coordinating with internal teams and clients, resolving billing issues, and ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation. The role also requires maintaining documentation, supporting month-end close processes, and contributing to process enhancements within the AR function.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Billing Process, Invoicing skills and collection experience to manage accurate and timely customer billing & collection stream.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and Analytical Skills to interpret AR data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders and resolve payment or billing issues.
- Relevant experience in accounts receivable, AR analysis, or financial operations in an outsourcing or service-based environment is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP software are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
