Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The AR Executive will manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including following up on unpaid claims, identifying and resolving denials, and ensuring timely payments from insurance companies. The role also involves coordinating with insurance carriers to resolve payment discrepancies efficiently, adhering to compliance guidelines, and contributing to the overall goals of the RCM team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AR management, including claims follow-up, billing, and denials resolution
• Strong skills in revenue cycle management processes, with knowledge of medical billing and coding
• Ability to analyze and interpret insurance policies and payment regulations
• Effective communication and coordination skills to liaise with insurance carriers and clients
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using RCM and billing software
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance standards and medical terminologies
• Prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle or a related field is preferred
