Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR Collections Specialist based in Coimbatore. The AR Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing accounts receivable by ensuring timely debt collection, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role involves analyzing customer accounts, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth payment processes. The AR Collections Specialist will also communicate with clients to address billing inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and resolve account discrepancies
- Knowledge of Finance principles and ability to process and manage Invoicing tasks
- Experience in Debt Collection, including following up on overdue payments
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
- Attention to detail and proficiency with financial software tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in accounts receivable or credit management is an advantage
