The Opportunity

As part of the Operations and Solutions team you will oversee accounts receivable processes to enhance operational effectiveness for our healthcare clients. As a Senior Associate you will manage a team, mentor junior staff, and build sturdy relationships with stakeholders while navigating complex operational challenges. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your knowledge in revenue cycle management and contribute to improved patient care.

What You Must Have-
Bachelor's Degree- 4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Accounting preferred- 4-8 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management- Proficiency in healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office- Excelling in communication with stakeholders and patients- Demonstrating proven leadership in managing and developing teams- Analyzing data to enhance operational effectiveness- Understanding regulatory requirements in revenue cycle management- Flexibility to work night shifts (US Time zone)- Epic HB & PB experience is mandatory
