Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an AR Calling & Business Development Executive. The role involves making outbound calls to insurance companies and clients to follow up on outstanding accounts receivable, clarifying claim status, and resolving denials or discrepancies. The executive will document call outcomes accurately, update billing and RCM systems, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payment posting and issue resolution. On the business development side, the role includes identifying prospective clients, nurturing leads, presenting QWay’s service offerings, and supporting proposals and presentations. The executive is expected to maintain professional communication, meet performance targets, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and effective client interaction abilities.
- Candidates should possess skills in AR calling, claims follow-up, denial management, and basic understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills to support 24/7 client operations and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Candidates should possess business development skills, such as lead generation, prospecting, and support for sales presentations and proposals.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including accurate data entry, attention to detail, and ability to work with CRM or RCM tools.
- Relevant experience in medical billing, RCM, or healthcare outsourcing is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline is preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
