About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our growing Revenue Cycle Management team as AR Callers. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in the US Healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with US insurance companies on pending/unpaid medical claims via phone and web portals
- Verify claim status and identify reasons for denials or delays
- Document call outcomes and update billing systems accurately
- Coordinate with the billing and coding team to resolve claim discrepancies
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all communications
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Requirements
- Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, BSc, BA, etc.)
- Excellent spoken English communication skills
- Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone)
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
- Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
