Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for AR Callers. The role involves contacting insurance companies to address and resolve claims, verifying claims status, and ensuring timely follow-ups on pending issues. Additionally, AR Callers will analyze rejected claims, identify trends, and take necessary steps to minimize denials. The position emphasizes clear and professional communication with stakeholders to achieve resolution and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Ability to analyze and manage accounts receivable processes, including resolving claims and identifying trends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting professionally with insurance companies and stakeholders
- Proficiency in follow-ups and maintaining up-to-date documentation of accounts and claim statuses
- Experience in medical billing or health insurance claims is highly beneficial
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with relevant tools or systems used in account receivables or claims management is a plus
- High level of commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving measurable outcomes
