Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller / CSE - Medical/Dental Billing located in Ahmedabad. The AR Caller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls related to account receivables, ensuring accurate and efficient billing and collections processes. Daily tasks include contacting insurance companies to verify claim status, working on denied claims, resolving billing issues, and coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution of accounts.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of medical and dental billing processes and terminologies
- Excellent communication skills for handling inbound and outbound calls
- Proficiency in managing account receivables and resolving denied claims
- Experience with insurance verification and claim follow-up
- Ability to work with internal teams and coordinate billing resolutions
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Experience with medical billing software and technology solutions is a plus
- Relevant certifications or training in medical billing and coding are beneficial
