Role Description
The AR-Caller (RCM) role at Karura Solution involves handling accounts receivable processes in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities include conducting calls with insurance companies for follow-ups, resolving claim denials or rejections, verifying insurance information, and ensuring timely reimbursement of unpaid claims. The position will require accurate documentation, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore.
Requirements
- Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups and denial management
- Strong communication skills, Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls with insurance payers and patients
- Knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance terminology
- Handle claim denials, appeals, and payment discrepancies
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes
- Previous experience in healthcare RCM or AR management is preferred
